How long does it take to set up my store?
Most merchants are live within 20 minutes. Pick a theme, add your first products, connect a payment method, and you can start sharing your link.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money). Payouts hit your bank in 24 hours.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — on the Growth plan and above you can connect any domain you own, or buy one through Vyl in two clicks.
Do I need a developer to use Vyl?
No. The store builder is drag-and-drop. If you want to go further, our API and webhooks are open and well documented.
How are transaction fees calculated?
You pay a flat percentage of every successful transaction. The percentage depends on your plan — see the pricing page for details. There are no monthly minimums.
Can I import products from another platform?
Yes. We have one-click importers for Shopify, WooCommerce, and CSV files, and concierge migration for Scale-plan customers.
What about support?
Email and chat support is available on every plan. Growth gets priority response times; Scale gets a named success manager and a 24/7 SLA.
