These Terms govern your use of Vyl. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them. If you're using Vyl on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Vyl for anything illegal or to defraud customers
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Don't sell restricted goods (firearms, controlled substances, counterfeit items)

Payments and fees

Fees for paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Transaction fees apply on a per-sale basis as listed on the pricing page.

Termination

You can cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

Vyl is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
